Wirral Egg Run

The 2010 event will take place on Sunday 28th March 2010 with full support of the council, the police and Wirral NHS the event will go ahead and will leave at 11am from New Brighton with the Mayor leading the group. The route leaves New Brighton along our predifined 20 mile route and takes about 45 mins to travel to Clatterbridge. It will follow a route through Wallasey

Sandbach Transport Festival

After a few years of charging exhibitors an entry fee  the organisers of Sandbach Transport festival have reverted to a free entry policy,  accordingly we fancy attending the festival again on Sunday 18th April. The day revolves around a town centre display of everything from Steam engines to push bikes followed by a parade of vehicles around the town. Its a great day out and a chance to  show off early

5th Ridesafe Rendezvous

RideSafe Rendezvous returns to Blackpool. – The Annual RideSafe Rendezvous is growing every year and returns to Blackpool on Sunday 25th April 2010 to offer more entertainment and advice to motorcyclists from across the North West of England. Llandudno Transport Festival

Thundersprint

This years Thundersprint event weekend in Northwich will take place on 8-9th May.  The bike show will be held on the Saturday 8th May in the town centre and the Thundersprint will be on the Sunday 9th May. We visited the Thundersprint last year and were seriously impressed with the event and the weekend in general. If you have any interest in motorcycles what so ever you must see

Border City Steam Fair

The steam fair is held annually at Rickerby Park in Carlisle a lovely riverside setting, which for those of you who don’t know Carlisle it is within walking distance of the city centre and offers easy access to and from the M6. Royal British Legion RBLR1000 Iron Butt

During the first 6 months of 2009 a call went out to all RBLR members and other interested motorcyclists to help to raise money for the Poppy Appeal. This was to be achieved by attempting to break the world record for a simultaneous SaddleSore motorcycle ride (1000+ miles in 24 hours). Previously

Stars & Stripes

American Cars, Hot Rods Pick Ups and Motocycles, all things that sparkle and shine The Stars & Stripes event at Tatton Park is held every year. As well as both vintage and classic era vehicles built in the USA, there is also a smattering of more recent stuff, although its the former that features here mainly. This is one huge show, and the turnout of interesting old American motors is excellent.

MAG Bike show – Blackpool

We have once again been invited to take part in the MAG bike show which is hosted by the friends of Stanley Park.   The show takes part in the Italian Gardens opposite the Art Deco Cafe and the lake.
