Goldwings North West goes International (nearly!)
This morning’s post looked much the same as usual, you know, the normal mix of flyers, bills and the odd useful letter. That is until I opened a letter with the curious postmark ‘Manx Telecom’………
Inside was a completed membership form and cheque from…..
Ladies and Gents, please give a very warm welcome to our first overseas (!?) member, Royce from the Isle of Man and his GL1800 Cobra Trike!
As he says in his note, ‘Due to my location, I won’t get to many meetings, but would still like to join’.
Royce, a very very warm welcome to the club, and as for not being able to make the meetings, your location might encourage us to come and visit you! Hopefully, we may see you at the BLP later this year, but please feel free to come over anytime, as you will be made most welcome.

Welcome Royce.
The north west covers your little island so it’s great to have you on board, our club is growing every day, and that’s wonderful.
We always have a full program so if you could come over we could show you some lovely countryside.
You must try and join us at one of our meetings, if not as Bob said, we could maybe visit you to meet you.
Looking forward to seeing you in the flesh.

well another trike joins the club. the more the better. it wont take long for us to have as many trikes as solos. It all makes the club a more open club having all sorts of goldwings to show at venues.
welcome to the club lets hope we get to see you in person at either side of the water.
