Jeff Thornton asks?
Jeff has asked why we are still holding our winter season monthly meetings at the same 10:00 am time slot? Good question indeed Jeff. Seeing as we are now committed to a new venue, and to have a lunch between November and March, would it be reasonable to hold the meetings at say 11:00 am so that we could finish at a sensible lunch time. Comments requested.

that would suit me and toni very well even though we cannot eat a full plate. The food at the hotel is excellent – we ate there and enjoyed it.

Seems to me that it would be a good idea 10am is too soon to expect members to stay for lunch after the meeting.

If Renee can get Jeff up and dressed in time for the next meeting maybe we can have a vote. We are a democratic club, and maybe Bills tummy alarm will ring alittle later than 12, just in case we have a long meeting.
