Knutsford Honda Chrome Crazy Weekend

Well I don’t think there is any chrome left at Knutsford Honda. I have never seen such a chrome crazy frenzy of wanton debauchery and credit card bashing. You could see it in their eyes as soon as they entered the showroom, Barry and Jimmy lost it immediately and carried off half the accessories only to find they couldn’t fit their goodies into the bike, most people ended up with a purchase or two, most of them bargains. There was a great turnout of riders for such a cold morning, the forecourt was full of GoldWings with riders coming from as far afield as Derbyshire, North Wales and Staffordshire, most of them started off with the bacon butty stall and warmed up with a brew before venturing into Knutsford Honda’s new showroom. The new Honda VFR and Fury were on view and very nice they are too, there was also a rather nice Black GL1800 fully kitted out with the Kuryakyn accessory range on display, the chrome against the black paint job looked stunning. We managed to issue dozens of posters for the Blackpool Goldwing Light Parade which caused quite a stir and raised a few questions, with many riders glad to hear it was still going ahead after the closure of Pontins.
